Returns

Contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your items to initiate a return request. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the cost of the label, starting at $5, will be deducted from your final refund. The label cost depends on factors such as initial free shipping, item weight, and other considerations.

Failure to notify us within the 5-day period will disqualify the item from being eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds, minus shipping charges, will be issued as STORE CREDIT

Initiate a return by contacting us at returns@thegracegearcollective.com.

Returned items must be in brand-new condition, with tags attached, and unwashed (free from animal hair, smoke odor, etc.). Items returned with a smoke or pet odor, pet hair, or in an unsellable condition will not be eligible for return. You can choose to have such items returned to you for an additional fee. Unclaimed items will be donated 14 days after receipt.

Ineligible Items for Return: 

Final sale items that do not qualify for returns include jewelry, flash sale items, sale and clearance items, grab bags, tumblers, personalized items, and accessories specifically marked as final sale. Sale items marked greater than 35% off are also not eligible for returns. 

Exchanges are not processed at this time. For a different size, we recommend purchasing the new item promptly as stock levels change frequently. Subsequently, we can process a return for the original item.

Unauthorized returns: 
items sent to the wrong address, returns without proper authorization, or packages deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier will incur a $6 return shipping fee. Non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier will be held for 14 days before being donated to a charity of our choice.

Report any defects within 3-days of receiving the item, including a photo and your order number in your email to support@thegracegearcollective.com. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will disqualify the item from return or replacement.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper care, washing outside the manufacturer's recommendations, mishandling, or incorrect sizing.

Variations in color due to photography, lighting, and screen resolution, as well as natural variations in clothing patterns, do not qualify as defects.
