Free Shipping to the 48 Contiguous States

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous states within the United States. This includes free standard shipping, and there are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for this benefit.

Exclusions

Please note that our free shipping offer applies exclusively to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations. Please contact us if you are needing items shipped to these locations due to the high costs of shipping to these states. If you wish to have items shipped to these states, please contact us.

Shipping Methods

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping method is  USPS, FedEx, UPS and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, with delays during major holidays. Please be sure to locate the description on each order, as some processing times are longer than others.

Orders cannot be not be cancelled or altered after placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Graphic clothing orders require a 5-10 day processing time as they are printed on demand and made to order. 

Please note that we offer you a multitude of options to shop from, thus, we offer items from various merchants and warehouses.

Some items may ship at different times and you may receive several packages based upon one order. Please rest assured, if you receive 1-item, the rest are coming. We promise! 

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's tracking system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, up to and including packages once they have been received by the designated shipping carrier. There is no shipping insurance for packages stolen from your intended delivery location. Please ensure you are shipping your package(s) to a secure location.

Please understand that The Grace Gear Collective cannot be held responsible for packages once they have received tracking information or marked as "delivered" to your mailbox or left at your desired location. Please ensure you are shipping your item(s) to a secured location. 

Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered" as they have specific avenues in which you can take to recover the package or to file a claim. 

Damaged/Defective Merchandise Policy

At The Grace Gear Collective, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. However, we understand that issues such as damages or defects may occur. Please read our Damaged/Defective Merchandise Policy to understand how we handle such situations:

Reporting Damaged/Defective Items

  1. Upon Receipt:

    • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
    • If you receive an item that is visibly damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
  2. Within 3-Days:

    • Report damaged or defective items to our customer service team within no longer than 3-days of receiving your order.
    • Contact our customer service team at suppport@thegracegearcollective.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the attached photos.

Refunds & Exchanges

The Return Policy Can be Found Here

Contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your items to initiate a return request. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the cost of the label, starting at $5, will be deducted from your final refund. The label cost depends on factors such as initial free shipping, item weight, and other considerations.

Failure to notify us within the 5-day period will disqualify the item from being eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds, minus shipping charges, will be issued as STORE CREDIT

Initiate a return by contacting us at returns@thegracegearcollective.com.

Returned items must be in brand-new condition, with tags attached, and unwashed (free from animal hair, smoke odor, etc.). Items returned with a smoke or pet odor, pet hair, or in an unsellable condition will not be eligible for return. You can choose to have such items returned to you for an additional fee. Unclaimed items will be donated 14 days after receipt.

Ineligible Items for Return: 

Final sale items that do not qualify for returns include jewelry, flash sale items, sale and clearance items, grab bags, tumblers, personalized items, and accessories specifically marked as final sale. Sale items marked greater than 35% off are also not eligible for returns. 

Exchanges are not processed at this time. For a different size, we recommend purchasing the new item promptly as stock levels change frequently. Subsequently, we can process a return for the original item.

Unauthorized returns: 
items sent to the wrong address, returns without proper authorization, or packages deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier will incur a $6 return shipping fee. Non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier will be held for 14 days before being donated to a charity of our choice.

Report any defects within 3-days of receiving the item, including a photo and your order number in your email to support@thegracegearcollective.com. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will disqualify the item from return or replacement.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper care, washing outside the manufacturer's recommendations, mishandling, or incorrect sizing.

Variations in color due to photography, lighting, and screen resolution, as well as natural variations in clothing patterns, do not qualify as defects.
